Hiro, our SVP of Global Strategy & Enterprise Architect, comes to us with extensive background and experience in enterprise architecture, information security and strategic planning. Hiro has advised US and Japanese organizations on designing, adopting and implementing the best IT solutions including enterprise cybersecurity solutions, systems/software quality metrics and risk management. Hiro’s background also includes helping US and Israeli organizations penetrate Japanese, Korean, Chinese and other Asian markets. Hiro has also consulted for everything from IT/business solutions to global, large organizations, specializing in resolving troubled package implementations or consolidation of two entirely different systems into one, common system. Hiro has advised, developed, managed implementation projects for strategic IT, cybersecurity, compliance, human resources development, marketing and sales, "turn-around" business plans and implemented them productively. Hiro specializes in combining an enterprises current business status with the future business goals. Accurately and clearly identify business units and IT services, allowing the company to focus enterprise goals with a clear understanding of direction, options and risks. Assigning the appropriate priorities, strategic and tactical plans within the specified scope under the given conditions throughout the project lifecycle. This top down strategy creates an advantage over competition. Hiro will be focusing on a macro to micro approach in merging the technical requirements identified by the SCI engineering team with that of both the customer’s technical and business goals. Additionally, Hiro will seek to bring his wealth of global business, government (Japanese and US) and technology contacts to SCI by introducing to them SCI’s solutions for adoption. Hiro will facilitate customers, sales and technical personnel to identify customer’s needs, wants, and goals accurately and clearly. Coordinate sales activities based on market size, potential customers with priority to penetrate (the roll out). Supporting technical team in advancing the specialties as well as technical enhancements defined for different verticals and companies.
